Amoy WI March meeting well attended
THE March meeting of Armoy WI was Guest Night and was well attended by members from the other Institutes in the Riada Area.
The guest speaker was Jennifer Cunningham from Aghadowey. She gave an interesting presentation on her research of Aghadowey and the surrounding area at the turn of the century. This included many old photographs of people and places.
The competition for the oldest diary was won by Kitty Williamson, Ballycastle WI. Katy McCurdy, Armoy WI was second.
