Castledawson man to stand trial over ‘death threat’
A south Derry man has been sent for trial accused of making a death threat.
Patrick Johnston (20), of Park View, Castledawson, is also charged with assaulting Danae Marron, causing actual bodily harm, on February 15.
Johnston was returned for arraignment, on £500 bail with conditions, at Londonderry Crown Court on Oct 8 when he appeared at Magherafelt Magistrates Court.
