Nicholas Owen Mulholland, Enniskeen, Craigavon, was given three months in custody, suspended for two years, for possession of a class C drug on October 29.

The court heard that staff at the Bluestone unit noticed the defendant with diazepam tablets. He said they were for his own personal use.

A solicitor for Mulholland said there were significant issues in the defendant’s lifestyle. He had been receiving treatment.
