COLGOL set up new members committee

The City of Londonderry Grand Orange Lodge has set up a Recruitment and Retention Committee to enhance membership interest.

Press Officer, Victor Wray, said the aims were to retain members and maximise on their various skills to the betterment of the Orange Institution.

“A Committee has been set up within the COLGOL, which is being chaired by myself, and two other members of the Institution, Billy Hamilton of LOL 992 and Gary Middleton of Newbuildings Victoria LOL1987,” he said.

“We will visit Lodges throughout the City Grand Orange Lodge and we are operating to a strategic plan and within that we have a programme of ideas of how this can be achieved by each individual Lodge.”
