Cookstown police spooked by gruesome discovery in car boot
Police in Cookstown came across a scene reminiscent of a Quentin Tarrantino movie when on patrol in Pomeroy.
They discovered a pair of bloodied hands sticking out of a car boot, which turned out to be an inventive horror prank all in the spirit of Halloween.
“When on patrol in Pomeroy today we thought we had stumbled across a major incident,” the Cookstown PSNI posted on their Facebook page.
“Luckily assisted by a four legged helper we remembered its Halloween.
“Enjoy Halloween safely.”
