Police urge Newtownabbey residents to be vigilant after vehicles stolen

Police officers in Newtownabbey are calling on residents to be vigilant after receiving reports of vehicles being stolen over recent days.

Commenting on Tuesday, April 14, a PSNI spokesperson said reports had been received about vehicles being stolen in the Ballyclare and Newtownabbey areas.

The spokesperson added: “Please ensure your vehicle is secured. Be aware of persons acting suspiciously.”

Anyone with information about the theft of vehicles is urged to call police on the non emergency number 101.
