Sudden death in Lurgan investigated

A post mortem examination is to be carried out following the sudden death of a man in Lurgan, Co Armagh this morning (Saturday, September 3).

The Antrim Road area of the town has reopened after it was sealed off by the PSNI.

A PSNI spokesperson said: “Police attended the sudden death of a man, aged in his 30s, in the Antrim Road area of Lurgan on the morning of Saturday 3 September.

“A post mortem examination is to be scheduled to take place to establish the cause of death.

“There are no further details at this time.”
