Woman assaulted by gang of youths

Around 6:50pm a 28 year old woman was attacked by up to eight unknown youths as she walked through the park.

She was verbally abused and received a knock to the back of her head.

Her attacker is believed to be approximately 12 years old, with dark brown hair, skinny build, approximately 5ft 1 in height wearing a black super dry jacket with white writing on it and was holding a thick branch in his hand. The lady managed to get away towards the Windsor Avenue gates.
