Curryfree groups can apply for windfarm fund

COMMUNITY organisations in the Curryfree area of rural Londonderry are being invited to apply for share of a new development fund.

Bryson Energy in conjunction with ESB Energy International say the Curryfree Windfarm Community Fund is open to non-profit making organisations and charities located within six kilometres of its Curryfree Windfarm at Bigwood Road, Ardmore.

Groups can apply for between £500 and £5000 for capital or revenue costs for projects of community, health, environmental and sporting benefit.

Applications can be submitted to Bryson Energy, 22a Clarendon Street, Londonderry, by Friday, March 20, including a copy of the organisations constitution, evidence of charitable status and a copy of the organisations most recent set of accounts.
