Robin Swann MLA, the Ulster Unionist Party’s Westminster candidate for North Antrim, has said he is “absolutely delighted that repair work will be done to eradicate dangerous pot holes on the B66 at Dervock”.

Mr Swann said: “Two areas which have been highlighted by the UUP are the Conagher Bridge, coming from Ballymoney. There is a hole just at the bridge and motorists are swerving to avoid the hole as they enter the bridge. There will probably be an accident if this pot hole is not urgently fixed. The second is a few hundred yards on from the bridge on the carriageway heading towards Ballymoney from Dervock where there are two pot holes adjacent to each other on the same side, and again cars are swerving to avoid the hole crossing onto the other side of the road. I am really pleased to be informed that the situation will now be addressed,” he said.
