'˜F**k off it's my traffic cone' man shouted at police in Dungannon
Paul Denny was convicted of the offence in relation to an incident in Perry Street Dungannon when police stopped him with a traffic cone.
After telling the officer to “f**k off it’s my cone”, the court heard how Denny swore at police before adopting a fighting stance and striking an officer before adding: “Only having the craic lad.”

Hide AdBefore the court for sentencing, a probation report suggested Denny, from Ashley Gardens in Armagh was “unsuitable for community” service having completed only 43 hours of a 100 hour order.
Before giving him a second chance, Judge Meehan told him: “There is no medical excuse for getting paralytically drunk.”
