Housing Executive tenants living in the Lisburn & Castlereagh area will this month receive their copy of ‘Housing News’.

The annual magazine for Lisburn & Castlereagh is being delivered to some 10,000 homes across the area and features the support the Housing Executive has given to transform areas in Ballybeen and Miltown into Emerald Oases.

The magazine is full of other features on what’s been happening in the area as well as addressing important issues for tenants including the restructuring of the Housing Executive and Welfare Reform.

Housing News contains lots of useful information and advice for tenants and the wider community on issues such as safety in the home, cold weather advice, condensation, home insurance, bogus callers, anti-social behaviour, avoiding debt and rent arrears.

If you are not a Housing Executive tenant but would like to read Housing News then log onto the Housing Executive’s website http://www.nihe.gov.uk/housing_news. It is also available in an audio version and large print from Housing Executive offices.
