It's all about health!

Hundreds of people from far and wide visited Ballymoney Town Hall last Thursday to see what was ‘in...and out’ in the health world scene.

Many businesses, companies and charities attended the event and offered advice including Ballymoney Foodbank, British Heart Foundation, NICMA, Slimming World, AWARE, Employers for Childcare, KRD Credit Union and Tesco, to mention just a few.

Celebrity Chef Paula McIntyre was also on hand to cook up some healthy yet delicious food for guests to try.

Speaking after the event one visitor said it was ‘well worth the trip’ while another said she’d gained a lot of ‘valuable health advice and information’.
