Magherafelt man to stand trial over ‘drugs supply and £10K cash’
A Magherafelt man who is charged with importing drugs has been sent for trial at the Magistrates Court.
Edward Gallagher (36), Mullaghboy Heights, faces charges including importing class B drugs; possessing drugs and having them with intent to supply, and possessing criminal property - £10,000 in cash.
The alleged offences relate to incidents in July 2012.
Gallagher was remanded, in custody, until his arraignment at Londonderry Crown Court on a date to be fixed when he appeared at Magherafelt Magistrates Court.
