Man fined for talking too much

A LOCAL man was fined £4 for talking too much in July 1970.

The man was fined for being drunk and disorderly.

Constable E Waterson told Lurgan Court the accused was the passenger of a car he stopped in the town.

The police man said the driver said her passenger had taken drink and the constable said he could not get speaking to the driver because of his constant interruptions.
