Only had car for a few days court told
When he owned a car for only a few days a 25-year-old man failed to notify the DVA of a change of keeper of the vehicle.
Christopher Mitchell, whose address was given as Lough Road Lower, Lurgan, was fined £100 for the offence last Wednesday at Craigavon Magistrates Court.
He was also ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy.
The offence came to light on September 21 last year at Charles Street, Lurgan.
A barrister representing the defendant in court said Mitchell only had the car for a few days before selling it on.
