Approval granted for new housing development in Carnmoney

The council’s Planning Committee has approved an application for a new residential development in Carnmoney.

Beshouse Residential Properties Ltd has been granted permission to build 31 new detached and semi-detached houses on lands adjacent to junction of Fairhill Crescent and The Brackens.

The planning approval recommendation was proposed by Cllr David Hollis, seconded by Cllr Stephen Ross and agreed by members.
