Progress reports for pupils

During the event the pupils were presented with their progress files by the Deputy Mayor, Councillor John Stewart.

The files, the school stated, provide the pupils with a “valuable record” of their achievements and successes over five years.

Downshire principal Jacqueline Stewart also offered words of encouragement to the young people for the future. “The principal, Mrs Stewart, and the staff of Downshire School would like to wish the Year 12 pupils every success in their forthcoming examinations and for the future as they embark on the next step of their career path,” the statement added.
