Police probe sudden death of man in Magherafelt

The PSNI say their enquiries are continuing following the sudden death of a man in Magherafelt yesterday.

Emergency services including the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service accompanied by the police, attended the scene in the Ashgrove Park area of the town on Sunday afternoon.

A police spokesperson said in a statement today: "Police received a report of a sudden death at the Ashgrove Park area of Magherafelt on Sunday 16th July. A post mortem is due to take place and enquiries are continuing."
