Paul said: “The qualification has put me in a position now to apply for managerial positions and future promotions and I would say to anyone thinking of giving it a go – to go and do it. Talk to your local college about what you want to do and where you see yourself going – they will help you make the correct decision.” For further information on the Reach Higher’ campaign, www.nidirect.gov.uk/skills or call 0300 200 7876.
