District Judge, Mrs Bernie Kelly, said she was a bit concerned that this was the defendant’s second speeding offence.
She added that the speed of 50mph in a 30mph zone was too high.
The district judge imposed a £150 fine.
She also ordered Blevins to pay a £15 offender’s levy and banned him from driving for four weeks.
