Resurfacing programmes
Roads Service have outlined a number of proposed resurfacing schemes for the borough within the coming year.
A total of 1.66km of carriageway on Copperwood Road, Trailcock Road, Prospect Drive, Downshire Road and Coronation Road will be resurfaced at a cost of £390,000, the transport authority’s latest report indicated.
In 2013/2014, a total of 7.34km of resurfacing was completed in the
borough at a cost of £1.28m.
The largest section was a 2.4km stretch of the New Line route.
