Roads reopened in Ballymena following report of ‘vulnerable male’
Roads have reopened in Ballymena town centre this afternoon, Wednesday May 31.
It follows an earlier incident when motorists were advised to expect delays as police and other emergency services dealt with a report of a vulnerable male.
