Hide AdWatch Commander Tommy Torbitt said the festive fund-raiser will also be used to drive home a serious message.
“It is a community safety initiative as well. We will be distributing information leaflets. At Christmas time, people are using a large amount of lights and electricity. We want to get the message across about using them safely.”
Residents are reminded that deliveries may be subject to change if firefighters receive an emergency call.
