Stephanie Grundon, who works in volunteer recruitment and placements for Causeway Volunteer Centre, said: “Volunteering is one of the best ways of increasing your self-confidence by allowing you to meet new people, take part in local community activities and discover new talents. We take a personal approach to placing volunteers in an organisation that is suited you and your needs.”
