Support is available for Larne farmers
The Northern Health and Social Care Trust is working with leading charity Rural Support to provide help and advice to Larne’s farming community.
A spokesperson said: “Farming can result in a lot of pressure and responsibility along with physical and mental exhaustion, so it is critical that farmers and their families take time to look after their physical and mental health.”
Rural Support offers a confidential helpline from 8am - 11pm, seven days a week on 0845 606 7607 with emotional support, advice on practical issues and debt.
