Principal Sean Rafferty was delighted with the achievements of the students which he said reinforces the school’s achievements as one of the highest achieving schools in NI and the UK.

The Principal paid tribute to the excellent teaching and learning provided by the teaching staff and the support of parents as they ensured every student reached his/her full potential.

“These results are the best in the schools history,” said Mr Rafferty adding that the results would form the basis for Sixth Form study for the majority of students who wished to pursue ‘A’ Levels.

“We are uniquely privileged to have such a talented cohort of students in our school and these results are no less than our students deserve.

“The excellent GCSE results come a week after the superb ‘A’ Level grades which also reflected sustained record levels of academic achievement and taken together the results consolidate St Louis position as one of the leading schools in NI.”
