East Antrim road closed for resurfacing works

The road closure, which commenced this morning (Monday), is operating from Belfast/Larne Road to Carrickfergus Road.
A spokesperson for the Department for Infrastructure (DfI) said: “The closure is required daily for resurfacing works.

Hide Ad“An alternative route is Belfast Road - Main Street - Carickfergus Road - B58 Watch Hill Road - B99 Ballyvallagh Road - Castle Road and vice versa.”
The work is being carried out by a DfI Roads contractor.
Road users are advised to expect an estimated delay of between five and 15 minutes.
The work is due to be completed by 4.30pm on Saturday, March 20.
