Ulster in Bloom award for Whitehead group
Brighter Whitehead is celebrating success at the Translink Ulster in Bloom 2014 awards.
The hard-working group of volunteers picked up the Community Rail Halt Award for their work at Whitehead Train Station.
Whitehead was also runner-up in the Small Town category of the annual horticultural competition which encourages cities, towns and villages across Northern Ireland to look their best, boosting civic pride through beautiful plant and floral displays.
