WANT SOME? 7,000 tins of baked beans to be given away

Are you in an organisation or community group that would have use for some baked beans?

Whether it’s to give away to the community, cook up some breakfast or lunch for your team or clients Causeway Foodbank needs your help.

From time to time the Causeway Foodbank receive donations of short dated products.

A spokesperson said: “In our warehouse we have four pallets (7,000 tins) of 400g tins of baked beans in tomato sauce that are dated for the end of February 2013. This is a best before date so could be used beyond the end of February.
