The show was filmed Live in Beijing and showcases the incredible beauty, energy and skill of the dance combined with the captivating rhythms of the music.

This recording, which is the first since 2001, was filmed to the highest specifications on Red High Definition cameras giving the quality of 35mm film.

The extras include is a really human story about the lives of the dancers, many of whom have been with the show since the beginning. There have been almost 40 marriages between the dancers and cast that have met working on the show and now there are "Riverdance babies!"
