Woman winched to safety in dramatic rescue
A woman has been airlifted to hospital on the north coast after a fall.
The woman was winched up to a Coastguard helicopter from Kenbane Head close to Ballycastle after falling on the headland and sustaining leg injuries.
She was flown to Causeway Hospital after the dramatic rescue.
Cliff rescue teams from Ballycastle and fast response paramedics also attended the scene along with the Rescue helicopter which scrambled from Prestwick.
