The Under 21 Intermediate Championship looks particularly competitive, this years series has been split into four sections and the winners of each will move forward to the semi-finals.

Sarsfields will compete in section A along with Ballymacnab, Wolfe Tones and Carrickcruppin. In Group B amalgamated side Caobh Ciaran will line out along side Tir na Nog, Clan na Gael, and St. Peter’s.

In section C, Granemore will compete against St. Brigit’s, St. Paul’s and Shane O’Neills. The fourth section is particularly competitive with Clann Eireann, Maghery Shamrock Gaels and Keady all competing for a semi-final place.

Last season St. Patrick’s Cullyhanna won the senior section and sustained their grip on the competition defeating Crossmaglen, and in the Intermediate final St. Peter’s lost against St Bridgit’s.
