The footballers met at Annagher and put in a very high intensity session with coaches Paul and Holly before joining the rest of the gang in the Primate Dixon school.

Competition time isn’t far away so coaches and volunteers are really trying to raise the level of the training while still making sure the athletes enjoy themselves.

Without volunteers the club couldn’t exist so we request anyone who would like to get involved to contact us. A background in athletics is not necessary. There are many roles to be fulfilled and any volunteer will tell you how rewarding it is. Call any Thursday to see what we’re about.

The club also opens up opportunities for volunteers. On Saturday four of our volunteers went to Killyclogher for an introduction to coaching course. Congratulations to all who took part.

It’s important to note that because the school is closed this week for mid-term athletes are asked to meet at 3G pitch in Annagher for training this Thursday 7-9pm. Please wear appropriate clothing for the conditions. Hope to see you.
