The game started off very well for the boys with their off ball pressure forcing Ballymoney to make mistakes and give away ball often.

The first goal came quick with a very well taken goal by Sean. Oisin was proving to be a force in midfield with his dribbling and passing being more than effective today.

Straight after kick off from Sean’s first goal the high pressure from Coleraine forced another mistake from the opposition and Sean quickly fired another goal in the back of the net.

Every single player was fantastic today with work rate and encouraging each other from the start paying off.

Solid defensive work from Ben, Nicky, Ruairi and Travis meant that any pressure that Coleraine came under was quickly dealt with.

A great day all around for the team and can now push them on with the belief that they can beat anyone when working together as a team. Well done boys!

Coleraine Under-9s were unlucky to lose out to Ballymena by a signle goal in a tight game.
