Island let two-goal lead slip against Rangers
Islandmagee had to settle for a draw after they let a 3-1 lead slip against Amateur League Premier Division title hopefuls Ards Rangers.
Andy Waide put Island one up after eight minutes before Ryan Newberry levelled from the spot. Two more from Waide - his seventh hat-trick against Ards Rangers - gave Stephen Donald’s men a two-goal cushion.
But Gary McDermott pulled one back and Glen Upton’s late strike ensured a share of ths spoils.
