Lights, camera, action!

GLENAVON are looking for a fan to film the club’s football matches in the coming season.

The club’s first team coach, Nigel Law is looking to help bring Glenavon into a more professional era with an in-depth look into the team’s statistics and game-play. However, he needs help.

The club are therefore looking for anyone who has access to a camera and is willing to record the club’s matches. The club wouldn’t be able to pay a fee however the fan would get into the matches free of charge and be contributing to the club in a practical and helpful way.

“As part of what we are doing to implement change at Mourneview, we are looking to now analyse our games in significant detail from next season on,” said Law.

“In order for this to work, we first need someone who is willing to DVD the games on a weekly basis. Our hope is that there is a fan out there with the resource (camera) and commitment to help us by doing this on a weekly basis

“There would be no remuneration, given the cuts we have been faced with, other than free entry to all games and a bit of integration and contribution to - hopefully - a successful Glenavon team.”

Anyone interested should contact the club on 38 32 2472.
