Coleraine had a few half chances to take the lead, but found the Greenisland goalkeeper in good form. A few changes were made, and Greenisland caught Coleraine off guard, with a good finish. But credit to the Academy, they kept pressing on, but just couldn’t find the back of the net.
Special mention to Joshua and Christy making their debuts and slotting in well. Greenisland came out on top in an evenly matched contest with 2 good
goals.
