Skipper becomes latest ‘12th Man’ winner
When the February draw took place, the first name out for the £250 top prize was none other than club skipper Allan Jenkins!
It’s not untypical of Jenkins’ commitment to the club to sign up to a project which aims to raise vital funds for the club which will be used to strengthen the team on the pitch.

“The idea of splitting the subscriptions equally between the members and the Club means that there’s something in it for everyone.
“Hopefully it’ll allow the Club to bring players in first and foremost as it’s all allowable under wage cap rules.
“It’s a great boost for the board, staff and players to see a new stream of income and hopefully the members will see the rewards in that.”

“Definitely - there’s nothing to not like about it.
“As well as the cash draws at the end of the month I’ve noticed draws for tickets and club merchandise which is nice and keeps everyone interested.
“Getting a message to say you’ve won £250 on a Wednesday night is always a nice surprise!” added a delighted Jenkins.
Uel Allen won the £150 second prize, while the £100 third prize went to Allen Stewart.
