Open Week at Whitehead GC

The week-long event is made up of eight varying competitions of men’s strokeplay, men’s stableford, men’s senior stableford, men’s fourball, betterball, mixed greensomes and ladies’ stableford.

Each day there will be excellent competition prizes on offer for nearest to the pin, a hole-in-one prize and a twos sweep. Men’s handicaps are capped at 24 and Ladies 36. Excellent catering and bar facilities will be available all week.

Club captain, Mr David Moore said: “I am extremely confident of a good turnout for the week and would encourage any interested visitors to come and play the course during the special week.” The cost for visitors to play in the competition is £8.
