Ju-Jitsu club welcomes newcomers
The club - named Best Newcomer at the 2009 North Antrim Sports Awards - is part of World Ju-Jitsu Federation Ireland (WJJF) and meets every Friday evening at the Joey Dunlop Leisure Centre.
Ju-Jitsu is a Japanese martial art which uses a combination of strikes, blocks, holds, locks and throws to overcome an opponent.

Juniors (age 5-14 years) train from 7pm to 8pm and seniors (15 and over) train from 8pm until 9.30pm.
A free trial class is provided, simply come down 10 minutes early to fill in a short induction form.
