Local tennis players compete at County Level

Last Saturday saw one of the biggest Inter-County Tennis Competitions in Northern Ireland take place at Bangor Lawn Tennis Club.

Each participating County (Antrim, Down, Fermanagh, Londonderry, Donegal and Tyrone) presented their top 8 players to compete against other Counties in two divisions. Each County Team played Mens and Ladies Singles, Mens and Ladies Doubles and Mixed Team matches. City of Derry Tennis Club provided 4 out of the 8 strong team, with the remainder of the team composed of 2 players each from Limavady and Coleraine Tennis Clubs.
