New base for Fit N Running club as good results continue
NEW FACILITIES
The forward thinking club set high standards and are always working to improve training methods with a comprehensive approach are now delighted to announce that they jave moved to a new ultra modern training base.
The club have relocated to the Ballymena North Centre on the Cushendall Road.

Hide AdThis is a significant step forward as the central location provides many more training routes and this along with the superb facilities offer members an enhanced exercise experience in a warm and friendly environment.
BEGINNERS’ CLASS
Fit N Running have now set the date for their new 8 week beginners course. It will begin on Monday 16th May at Ballymena North Centre at 730pm. The course will see participants go from scratch to 30mins running progressively over the 8 weeks. Pre-enrolment is essential. Contact Gregory Walsh (details below) to register. Course fee is £20. The course numbers are limited to 20 people so act quickly to avoid dissapointment.
QUEENS 5k
Mark McKinstry continued his relentless progress on the road last Wednesday as he lead the North Belfast Harriers team to the Northern Ireland 5k road race title.
The in form athlete recorded a magnificent 26sec personal best in the process and looked superb as he swept through the last mile in 4mins 50secs. In a quality field he claimed 9th place in 15mins 18secs.

Monday 615pm Recreational Run
Wednesday 615pm Conditioning Circuit class.

Thursday 630pm Flexibility Class (Private Studio)
Saturday 915am Elite Development squad training ( Race preparation session at various locations).
Unless stated these sessions are from the Ballymena North Centre. New comers are always welcome.
