Craigavon gets Pop Idol fever

The real Pop Idols in 2002 were not on TV but those people who took part in the Craigavon edition.

Pick of the bunch was Seana McDonald as the Lismore fifth former topped the poll to be crowned Craigavon’s Pop Idol.

It was definitely a star studded night at St Anthony’s Centre as the best of the borough’s young talent battled it out.

The Centre was filled to capacity with standing room only with the show featuring 30 young hopefuls.

Pictured here are winners of the finals with the judging panel and show organiser Kieran Corr.
