RUGBY REVIEW: Three is the magic number for Larne's Agnew

Good hands from McBride and Hall then put Agnew in for his second and what proved to be the bonus point score.

Another lapse in concentration saw the hosts give away a soft penalty just before the break from which Lisburn took full advantage. They started to pick-and-go and little could be done to stop their pack from crossing to take the half-time score to 24-12.

After the break the visitors reduced the deficit to five points but that was as good as it got.

Lisburn had a man sent to the bin and it opened up a little space for the Larne men to exploit.

Star of the show Agnew raced away for his hat-trick with Andrews adding another penalty with minutes to go it put the outcome beyond doubt.
