Ali's Turkish Kebab & Pizza House, a takeaway at 911 Crumlin Road, Belfast was given the score after assessment on July 27, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Belfast's 399 takeaways with ratings, 210 (53%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
